  采用板式模具，正压成型，具有打批号、压痕切线、铝箔/塑料自动输送、断片或完片能自动停机报警等功能；
  圆形药片充填率可达到99.5%以上，胶囊充填率可达97%以上。加料器有除尘接口，消除加料过程中所形成的粉尘问题；
  采用对版吻合加热，将加热器的热能损失减至最少，加热器的所需温度大为降低；
